Matt's BBQ offers texas-style BBQ dished up from our fixed-location food truck. Everything is cooked for the day and we stay open until we are out of food. Meat is smoked with oak wood on an offset smoker.
Matt's BBQ tacos has the same great meat as the BBQ cart but serves it in a flour tortilla made with lard that is pressed and cooked to order. We also serve breakfast tacos in the morning. Migas tacos are sold all day.
